The apartment had everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and an oven. I loved having a TV in the apartment, perfect for relaxing and watching my favorite shows. It was super convenient to have a washing machine available in the apartment, so I didn't have to worry about finding a laundromat. The bedroom was cozy and comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a nice shower, perfect for refreshing after a long day of exploring. I really appreciated that the apartment had a microwave, which made heating up leftovers a breeze.
Personally, I would have preferred a bathroom with a bathtub instead of just a shower.

All in all, it is nice comfy base for staying in Penzance. The place is very close to the sea and coastal walks. In fact, the property is situated in the downstairs shop.

Setting just next door to train/bus station, train station is closeby and the allocated bay. Very very helpful management and staff. A refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop in the kitchen👍😀
A small problem with drainage.

This apartment is absolutely cozy and comfortable! The bedroom is perfect for a good night's sleep, and the TV is great for unwinding after a long day of work. The equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals, including a fridge, oven, and even a microwave. The washing machine is a lifesaver for longer trips. Plus, the bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub, giving you the option to relax however you prefer.
Personally, I found the bathroom a bit small for my liking. But hey, that's just my opinion, and I'm sure others might not mind it at all.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to the train and bus stations. We were able to explore the surrounding areas easily and visit other sights. Additionally, there were many good food places nearby, both independent and national stores. The close proximity to the sea and coastal walks was also a great advantage, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful scenery.
The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned, with black mould present around the shower. The sink tap and overflow were also dirty and in need of a proper clean.
